Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form or message us, we receive your name, contact number, business name and whatever you choose to tell us about your requirements.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use these pages — pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

Advertising cookies. We may use Google and Meta advertising tags to measure the performance of our own marketing. You can control these through your browser settings and through the ad settings of those platforms.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an audit or proposal, deliver services you've engaged us for, and improve how this website works.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Ever.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers required to run our business — for example our email provider, analytics provider and, where relevant, a CRM. Each is bound to use the information solely to provide that service to us.

We may disclose information where legally required to do so.

Client account data

Where you engage us and grant access to advertising, analytics or CRM accounts, we treat that data as confidential. We use it only to perform the work agreed with you. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any access is granted.

Accounts and assets we create for you remain yours. On request we will remove our access.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is retained for as long as it may reasonably be relevant to a potential engagement, and deleted on request. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to mybidtheory1@gmail.com and we will action it.

You can opt out of any communication from us by replying and saying so. No sequence, no re-engagement campaign.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
